Service

Rezivelo Product Studio lets Shopify merchants select catalog products, prepare AI images, descriptions, SEO titles, meta descriptions and tags, review results, and publish selected fields and images in a separate action. Technical image format normalization does not use AI.

Merchant responsibilities

AI may change colors, text, logos, labels, or other product details. Merchants must review each result before publishing and have the rights to use and modify their images. Illegal, misleading, or rights-infringing content is prohibited.

Plans and credits

Merchants view and approve the plan, final price, currency, taxes, and billing in Shopify. A successfully prepared product image uses 1 plan credit. A product description package with SEO title, meta description and tags uses 1 credit per product. Credits are shared across these tasks. Restoring or discarding a successfully prepared result does not refund its generation credits. The in-app trial includes 1 product image + 1 description, SEO and tags package. Unused credits do not roll over to another billing period. Confirmed technical failures do not consume credits; uncertain interrupted jobs are checked before their outcome is determined.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular AI result. Maintenance or Shopify, OpenAI, and network disruptions may temporarily affect functionality.

Termination

Merchants can change or cancel plans through Shopify's plan management page and uninstall the app in Shopify Admin. The provider may restrict access for violations of these terms, security risks, or unpaid Shopify-approved charges.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the provider is not liable for publication of unreviewed AI results, inaccurate product information, or indirect losses. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. The parties seek to resolve disputes through negotiation before court proceedings.
