Data we process
The app processes the installed store's domain and Shopify identifiers, authorization session, selected product and image identifiers and URLs, selected product descriptions, titles, tags, SEO metadata, content preferences and generated drafts, plan and credit usage, job status, and technical error information. Customer names, addresses, orders, and payment details are not required for the app's functionality.
Purpose and use
We use this data to authenticate the app, prepare and publish product images and selected product content, enforce plan limits, diagnose problems, and provide support. Processing is based on performance of our contract with the merchant and our legitimate interest in service security.
Service providers
Shopify provides the store platform, file storage, and billing. OpenAI processes images and product information explicitly selected by the merchant for AI preparation. Our hosting provider stores the app database and technical logs. Providers receive only the data needed for the service under their contractual and privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
Uninstalling removes active sessions and stops new processing. When Shopify sends the mandatory shop deletion request, the store's job and usage records are deleted from the app database. Originals and results uploaded to Shopify Files remain in the merchant's store account for the merchant to manage. Hosting backups are subject to the provider's limited retention period.
Security and your rights
Connections use HTTPS, and access tokens are stored in the server database. Contact info@rezivelo.lt to request information, correction, deletion, or other applicable rights. You may also contact Lithuania's State Data Protection Inspectorate.
